What support options are available for the EDU license? We're in the Boston, USA region.

i believe the forums is the only support for the edu license.

Currently the only FREE support options are the Forums and our Knowledgebase in which you review in the link below.

HOWEVER, there are some new paid-support options that will be available in the next few weeks due to the increasing demand of such. Yes, it does help our schools having the free licenses which does allow for them to save money or greatly impact their budget for such products but without support, in a lot of the large and even small environments it's needed.  There will be some yearly support options along with some flat fee one-time set up, configure and some partial deployment solutions to cover a wide array of some EDU participant needs.
