A driver has made a call to a kernel-mode ZwXxx routine with a user-mode address as a parameter. This appears to be a typical software driver bug and is not likely to be caused by a hardware problem.
A third party driver was identified as the probable root cause of this system error. It is suggested you look for an update for the following driver: aswsp.sys (avast! self protection module, AVAST Software).

Why is this happening?  I had even uninstalled AVAST and reinstalled it. But the error occurred again. I feel like i should have never installed AVAST on my laptop.

If this continues, then i will have no option but to uninstall AVAST permanently. Will i get a refund from AVAST?? Is there a solution to this problem??

Please help!!!

we need a diagnostic log, scroll down to Farbar Recovery Scan Tool and attach logs   https://forum.avast.com/index.php?topic=53253.0

Do you have Driver Verifier enabled on purpose? That is basically what is causing your crashes... it does so to notify you about supposed errors in avast! drivers (which may or may not be true) - nevertheless, it probably wouldn't crash without the Driver Verifier.
