One PC license in dual boot on same PC

Can I use a pro/interner security/premier license for one PC, on the same PC but in two Windows installations (dual boot)?

I tend to agree since the license is only in use once at any time.

Hmmm... I understand the license is for a system and not for a machine so you will need 2 licenses. A similar question was posted in the Spanish forum and an offical reseller of Avast! said it does not matter if it is the same PC or virtual machine the number of lincenses is related the the number of OS, just like the keys for XP and Win7 for Microsoft in the same PC with dual boot.

Thank you all!! ..but it must be a problem too when doing a fresh install of Windows over the old (format). What will happen then? In some days I will probably have the internet security license won by recommending Avast to other people and I wanna know how's the things concerning the license.
