i ust have a question,do avast knows about this virus:
Win32/NewMalware.gen!.
maybe use avast another name for it,please let me know oké?

Hi,
which AV-Program calls the virus like this ?

This is a very general detection, like avasts infamous W32:Trojan-GEN

try to get a more specific name by checking it with other scanners like avast!, RAV, Trend, KAV (see below) etc..

That is a message from the RAV heuristic, it could be the new Worm swen (reported as a gibe-Variant) by some AV)

Strange, because AFAIk Norton does not use any heuristics and RAV gives exact the Name(Win32/NewMalware.gen) you mentioned. But anyway i was right with my Swen suggestion and Yes Avast detects it with VPS 309-1 .:)
