Had purchased Avast Premier which was not compatible with my Win XP. Also purchased Avast Total Support thinking it was online computer help. Well it isn't. They only help with Avast problems. And they will not give the money back. 169.99

This sounds like you have contacted 3rd party support (this is NOT avast) on the free telephone support (?) and they have sold you a support package, something which I think is very dubious hard sell.

The OP is using a different OS and is using a different avast program, so we don't know if this is a related problem or not.
