my girlfriend has a big problem.
As she deactivated the flight modus of her mobile, the avast theft alarm started and we don´t know why.
The sim card is also the same like the monhts before.
But it is not the only problem. She lost her pin number to unlock the alarm.
We testet so many numbers, birthdays, bank pins, beginning of our partnership... it is crazy.
What should she do to use her phone? I put out the sim card for many times, because i thought it isn´t plugged in correct, but the alarm beginns again and again when i start the phone.
Can i send our phone numbers to somebody from avast that he see that we have mutual note the phone numbers of the partner in avast theft?
