I used to check out the my computer everyday. One of those days, I've found out the Directory C:\Windows\TEMP always has two or more files and I cannot delete them no matter what...

_avast4_ (directory)
JETA311.tmp (file)
JETF816.tmp (file)

My question is, it's that normal? Everytime I run the cleaner these files continue to exist.

Yes, it is normal, the files should be there.
