I think the guy's got a rogue on board (what he calls Internet Security) that doesn't allow Avast to run
Refunds seem do not exsist from Avast...Purchased Advast Premier Total support. Product not compatible with myWin XP....Requested money back... What a runaround...Was finally refused....Very poor support for their product.....Do not recommend the product at all.
I bought this Avast anti-virus a month ago and since then I had to use only my computer at work.This product was so terrible that I had to re-install ALL MY PROGRAMS including the operating system.Lost most of my files. TERRIBLE.NOW I JUST WANT A REFUND BUT AM ALSO UNABLE.CAN ANYONE TELL ME HOW I CAN CLAIM IT?Thanks,
