Webrep NOT working with Chrome

I have the extension for webrep enabled, but the bars ALWAYS stay grey.  Web rep is not working using google chrome. It does seem to work when I use Safari.

Is this a known problem, or can I get some advice as to how to get the webrep function to work on Chrome.

I don't know how to make it work but to disable it, simply remove it from Chrome, it's an extension
It simply gives a rating to the website, but doesn't figure in protecting your computer even if disabled
You will still be protected.

Its an extension for each of your browsers, you can leave it on in Safari if you wish, and turn it off in Chrome

To control it double click the Avast icon to start up the program, on the left side of the screen that shows up detailing your protection
under Additional Protection click on Web Rep

you will get a display showing what browsers it is available for, and a button to install it, or un-install it (if you have it installed)
