HDD is constantly working

When ı install avast internet security , my hdd is constantly working, all time, what is problem?

Right click on the Taskbar.  Start Task Manager.  Find the process that causes the most CPU usage.

I have found that it's Adobe Flash Player that causes it on mine, so I disable it until I need it.

Why are you running AIS with Cfw/D+ in it ? Even if you do not activate Avast! FW module or deactivate Cfw, you are bound to encounter isuues in your sys.

avast firewall is not active.
