OK are you able to get to safe mode with that account ?

If not could you run a fresh OTL log for me please again selecting all users

Hmm I cannot see that launch point

  • Download RogueKiller  and save it on your desktop.
     
    NOTE: If using IE8 or better Smartscreen Filter will need to be disabled

  • Quit all programs
  • Start RogueKiller.exe.
  • Wait until Prescan has finished ... 
  •     Click on Scan
   
 
  • Wait for the end of the scan. 
  • The report has been created on the desktop. 
  • Click on the Delete button.
     
  • The report has been created on the desktop.
  • Next click on the ShortcutsFix   

  • The report has been created on the desktop.
Please post:    All RKreport.txt text files located on your desktop.

  • Double-click SystemLook.exe to run it.

I tried to log in after deleting Rapport but it just showed the original problem still there.

OK we will need to delete that login and create a new one... There is a step by step guide here from Microsoft.  http://windows.microsoft.com/en-gb/windows-vista/fix-a-corrupted-user-profile

The other alternative is for you to locate the bad users startup file and delete the offending exe from there.  But it would be easier just to create a new profile
