avast detects and deletes virus continually

Names virus 00000004.@ , 800000032.@  , 800000064.@ , 000000cb.@
these four virus in 2 days were detected about 50 times
I have done a full scan with avast but even if it delete, they reappear

help me, what can I do?

Notes:
1. Do not mouse-click Combofix's window while it is running. That may cause it to stall.
2. Do not "re-run" Combofix. If you have a problem, reply back for further instructions.
3.  If after the reboot you get errors about programmes being marked for deletion then reboot, that will cure it.
