Update for the 2507 release
A fix is in place, please notify us by ticket with subject line "Issues with 2507 fix" if you continue to have issues. We have started distributing micro update which should disable NG component on affected devices. It means that this should solve the problem.
Please use the following steps:
1. Run the "Restart device" task on affected devices / or restart it manually
2. After restart waits few minutes (let's say 15 minutes)
3. Run the "Restart device" task on affected devices again / or restart it manually
After these steps device should be back fully operating.
