Hinweis: There is a new CloudCare Agent with this release. The new Agent will not require a restart when it is updated, unless you are on an older Antivirus client. If you are on Antivirus client 19.5 or older, the Agent update will also update the Antivirus client to 19.6 and a restart will be required.

Incident Report for Avast Business Managed Antivirus and CloudCare - VPS Update Delivery Degradation  [INFO]

We are continuing to experience issues with the delivery of our virus definitions, and are working to resolve this as soon as possible.
At this time, the most recent virus definitions have been deployed for the latest versions of Avast for Windows, and for Avast Business Managed Antivirus, we are working on bringing Mac, Linux and Avast legacy for Windows back up-to-date. The effect here is that devices will show as out-of-date/trigger configured notifications. Avast's threat detection systems consist of multiple layers of security and the automatically streamed updates from the rest of the systems ensure that our users are still fully protected. In the meantime, users can temporarily disable the "virus database is out of date" alert/notification within the Avast Business Management console or CloudCare portal.

Resolved: Some of our customers have received unsolicited spam messages containing advertising content. These appeared to come from our services and our partners have expressed concern. On 12/6/2019, one (1) Avast Business account was created that was used to send inappropriate advertisements in the form of invitations, to random recipients. Some of these recipients were Avast users or partners. They recognized the emails and reported the occurrence to Avast. The offending account was immediately shut down. Furthermore, our team has taken several technical steps to prevent this from happening in the future.

• We have added the ability to filter out information in reports, you can now filter information based on time period
• We have added pagination to each report. You will be able to see how many pages there are in the report.
