I've been all over the forum but not sure I've found anything that will help me. I've downloaded quite a few extra programs already. I've attached a file from adw cleaner.

virus problems should be posted in the virus and worms forum section....
follow the sticky guide at top in that section "logs to assist in cleaning malware"

also attach a screenshot of your avast detection
