where is my registerkey?

How can I get my money back, 29.90€. I paid few days ago for 1 year protection, but haven´t get a "registerkey".
Is this some bullshit ? free-antivir by avast! works very good....

Where did you purchase avast ?

It is possible an anti-spam got the email - does your ISP or you run an anti-spam application ?

You could try the Resend avast License http://www.avast.com/resend-license-paid.php, you will need to enter the email that you used when purchasing the license, e.g. the one that the original email with the link was sent.
