My phone was stolen yesterday. I was happy that I received an information that the sim card was changed and the location at that time. However, since it the street was also a part of the indicated location, I was keen to have a location update or report it as 'lost'. Unfortunately, I keep receiving the message that the command timed out.
As the police indicated they could not perform any further action at this stage, i was keen to have a location update. This could help the police in finding the cellphone back.
Is this due to the fact that the sim card got changed? I received a new ISMI number?
