Do you have Kaspersky installed ? looks like avast detected another antivirus on your computer and you cant have two AV's on the one system.

as Craig already said....no surprise when installing mutiple AV.  ;)

this will give you a slow machine, mysterious windows errors and false detections

if you want a extra scanner, use Malwarebytes.  www.malwarebytes.org

to make sure all conflicting files are gone, run removal tool for the AV you uninstall
