Look for the latest minidump in C:\WINDOWS\Minidump or in C:\Windows\MEMORY.DMP. Compress it with ZIP, RAR or 7Zip and give it an original name. Add a text ( use notepad ) with your Forum e-mail and your post URL.

Open Windows Explorer and copy/paste this link:

[Select] ftp://ftp.avast.com/incoming

Drag/drop compressed dump file into the right open window. Wait for transmission to conclude.

You can also do it like this:

Start > Run.

Copy/paste

[Select] explorer ftp://ftp.avast.com/incoming

Drag dump file into the ftp window.

use software like bluescreen view.http://www.nirsoft.net/utils/blue_screen_view.html
Or whocrashed.http://www.resplendence.com/whocrashed

These give a lot more information than the windows minidump.

The Avast Staff deal with that Arnold we don't have to worry about installing that tool, just give them the dump file to investigate the issue of BSOD most cases this can be a minor bug problem in the Avast software driver not communicating his computer correctly
