Why my Devices page say my laptop is unsecured?

Yesterday night it said I was secured, now it is saying I am not. I am running IS and it gives me a green smiley saying I am secured and everything is fine?

A few minutes later Avast said I was secured on the Devices page.

Why the change to Insecured back to Secured... Go figure

It depends on the last time the page updated with your system
