When starting xp mediacenter with alwil home /personal and also running zonealarm with allowances checked for all avast alwil .I keep getting error that it will not execute and I have to send error report.

Are you using any local proxy application? (like Proxomitron or an anonymizer tool)?
Which is your operational system and browser?
Do you use ProcessGuard?
