I get a URL:Mal threat detected on EVERY new or refreshed page in firefox, no matter what the URL is. Firefox and Avast (engine, defs, and program) are all up to date. Been going on for a few days. Ran a full system scan with 0 infections detected. What now?

Once you have deleted the malware with AdwCleaner could you run a fresh OTL scan so that I can see what is left

Yesterday I ran the Adwcleaner twice, he first time as "search." Then I noticed I needed to use "delete." Ran it again. Must have sent the wrong log file to you. Just in cast, I ran Adwcleaner and OTL again today - logs attached.

BTW, Firefox now opens and refreshes tabs without Avast alerts so I guess we're fixed! Thanks a million.

Let essexboy to take a look at your OTL. He could be around later on or may be tomorrow since he is located in the UK.
