How do I fix a virus in ms spool32?

I found the virus-
win32:trogan.gen. {Delphi}
in ms spool32.exe.  I can't fix or delete this file.  I tried system restore and that didn't work.  please help me!! :'(

Find out the virus full name please (use this link: http://www.kaspersky.com/remoteviruschk.html) and use google.com for removing instructions/tool or ask here.

The full name is Backdoor.Assasin.11

The whole file is the "virus".You can delete the file in safe mode, maybe you have to delete some references to the file in the registry.

It is a remote access tool(RAT). It would be intresting how you got that one.
