I'm french and i need help... "Splash" ? "dbsCreateObject" ?

Hi! Arg... i don't have a very good english so sorry but this Message needs to be in french for more comprension... But please try to help me  :'(...

Tout d'abord merci si vous essayez de m'aider  ! donc voila mon problem :
-Je télécharge le setup de avast! 4.x Home
-Je prend une clef d'indentification
-Je désinstalle mon ancien antivirus
-Je reboot l'ordinateur a chaque fois qu'il le demande
-Et une fois avast installé je le lance
-Et la probleme!
-Une fenetre intitulée "Erreur inconnue." s'affiche : "Un espace de stockage n'a pas pu être créé pour la tâche "Splash"." 
-Puis en clicant sur OK un 2eme probleme survient!
-Une autre fenetre toujours intitulée "Erreur inconnue." s'affiche : "La configuration n'a pas été chargé correctement. Erreur : dbsCreateObject"
-En clicant à nouveau sur OK une nouvelle fenetre toujour intitulée "Erreur inconnue" s'affiche : "Le programme ne peut pas sauvegarder les paramètres ! (Erreur : dbsCreateObject)"
-Et puis plus rien, impossible d'executer avast...

Aidez-moi s'il vous plait...  Please help me...  :'(

Change ODBC to XML inside your avast4.ini file and that will help you solve your problem...

It's located in here (of course if you didn't change avast! default installation location):

c:\Program Files\Alwil Software\Avast4\DATA\avast4.ini

Open avast4.ini file with your notepad, and change this line:

Database=ODBC

to

Database=XML

Of course, after you changed that line, save your avast4.ini and restart your computer. It is very IMPORTANT to restart your computer, otherwise nothing will work...
