Normal vs High
« on: April 13, 2005, 01:26:15 AM »
I'm currently running Resident Protection at Normal except for Inertnet Mail which I have set to High. Is this sufficent or should I change everything to High? Will this use more resources if I do? Thanks for any input!!  :-\

Of course, High sensitivity uses more resources...
Nowadays, there is few differences into Normal and High upon Standard Shield.
I think 'Help' file is not up-to-date (Igor!  :P :-[):
Normal should be the default setting. High, in addition to the default setting, should scan the created and modified files.
But I think the default today is High and only with Custom level you can disable the scanning of the created and modified files. This has the most impact over your system resources.
