Site and installer are safe,but how to make 100% sure?

I would like to download this software http://easyseatpoker.com/ ,but 1st i want to make sure its 100% safe even if Avast doenst detects anithing. Is there a possible way to do it? any mod from Avast can prob check it out for me? Thanks!
