Drupal and Avast
« on: June 26, 2013, 05:05:23 PM »
A number of people (myself included) have determined that an issue we have been having with our Drupal installations is related somehow to how Avast scans webpages.

The details can be found here:

drupal.org/node/1997664

Do you know anything about this?

Looking at the site you suggested, I didn't read anything that suggested avast! as the problem.
Do you have any dump files to send to Avast which indicate avast! as the problem ???

If you read down to comment #28

Avast seems to be a common denominator. I also have found that the computer I have that is running Avast is having the issue, whereas the computer I have that is running a different virus scanner is not.
