www.babytalkbio.com/boards with avast doesnt work

SOmetimes the first page will load and then it wont work at all.  I just get connecting from firefox 1.0.3 and then I get connection timed out.

This site used to work a few weeks ago but now doesnt.  Is it possible that Avast is somehow causing this.  Can anyone else with Avast installed look at any of the discussion formums?  You need to try more than once if it does work the first time to reproduce the problem sometimes.

A reboot of the system will allow me to access the main page once but then any further attempts(even after closing and restarting the browser) gives that error.

Both IE and Firefox have the problem.  I am at a loss trying to figure this out.  Anyone have any ideas?

btw... I have tried the latest production version and the new beta version with the same results.

Just tried it with  FF 1.03 and it works as does IE.
Is your firewall ZA pro ?  If it is try turning off the privacy functions.

What is your OS

No problems with ff 1.0.3 with web shield and outpost pro firewall.

Firefox 1.03 and Sygate and it worked fine for me

Works for me in both FF 1.0.3 and IE, although it was designed for IE and looks better with that browser. I'm also running Avast! 4.6.647 and Kerio Personal Firewall beta.
