It has to be a coincidence. WebShield cannot be responsible for this.
IMHO you will eventually find out that the system is crashing even with it disabled...

"***STOP: BAD_POOL_CALLER" I believe is usually from a software bug. But, we don't know what other software is installed.

With Web Shield enable , Windows can crash about 3-4 times in an hour.

After disabling Webm Shield, I can browse the net for more than an hour without crashing....Can it be that coincident?

Never mind, I will reply a week later, if I have no stop errors!

Thanks

Just to inform, nothing had happen since webshield is disabled, so it must be related to webshield or conflict with other programs...

Might be a hardware or a software problem of course, but if it's software it is definitely in the kernel mode - this means some driver must be causing this, and this condition is not met for WebShield.

Is your machine overclocked?

*** STOP: 0x000000C2 BAD_POOL_CALLER probably is caused by a software bug!

Because the above mentioned error message means that software called an invalid memory space.

The above message isn't common with overclocking problems.
