Problem on boot up, no supercharger
« on: February 18, 2005, 12:40:09 AM »
Hello,    :)  I am new here. I was trying to figure out how to ask a support question and I can't find the new post to post my problem, so I am going to do it here first and hope someone can tell me how to post, and where it should be posted.  I have been using this Avast antivirus for about 6 months and love it. I use the free version 4.5.  I have an internet dial up isp with a supercharger. It was working just fine until I bought a new computer and loaded everything I normally used including my ISP and supercharger. Now if I load Avast on boot up the supercharger wont load at all. Can anyone tell me what to do to change a setting to make it work, or how I can put an Icon on my desktop to start Avast just before I go on the internet. I do use zone alarm, but this has been no problem in the past, and I do have it configured to allow the supercharger and Avast to start. HELP,
 :(

 Thanks

The General Topics (this forum) should be ok (non-avast related or possibly the avast 4 Home/Pro forum). Go to the page where you clicked the Links (for almost everything, this thread) and look for the New Topic button.

Try reinstalling Avast and reinstalling the supercharger(I hope you didn't pay any money for that thing).
