Ah my apologies run a scan with this script
Select
All Users
Under the Custom Scan box paste this in
netsvcs
BASESERVICES
%SYSTEMDRIVE%\*.exe
/md5start
services.*
explorer.exe
winlogon.exe
Userinit.exe
svchost.exe
/md5stop
dir "%systemdrive%\*" /S /A:L /C
CREATERESTOREPOINT
Click the
Run Scan
button. Do not change any settings unless otherwise told to do so. The scan wont take long.

i will analyze the C disk again and tell you whats the results , with Diskeeper
Edit : seems fine the disk not many Red lines (about 4-5 red lines ) so i think the C its perfect . Overall the system runs more smoothly than the start of the whole problem
. Its only the start of the windows and the shut down of the windows that they take quite a lot yet . I dont know if its the Avast thats its slowing the boot and the shut down

Have you tried reducing the startups to just the ones you need ?

I would suggest close all bar Avast and winpatrol, the others will run when you need them and not at the whim of the programmer

No keep those two running as the overhead is minimal for them and they are your security
