Ah my apologies run a scan with this script

  • Select All Users
  • Under the Custom Scan box paste this in
netsvcs
BASESERVICES
%SYSTEMDRIVE%\*.exe
/md5start
services.*
explorer.exe
winlogon.exe
Userinit.exe
svchost.exe
/md5stop
dir "%systemdrive%\*" /S /A:L /C
CREATERESTOREPOINT

  • Click the Run Scan button. Do not change any settings unless otherwise told to do so. The scan wont take long.

i will analyze the C disk again and tell you whats the results , with Diskeeper

Edit : seems fine the disk not many Red lines (about 4-5 red lines ) so i think the C its perfect . Overall the system runs more smoothly  than the start of the whole problem :) . Its only the start of the windows and the shut down of the windows that they take quite a lot yet . I dont know if its the Avast thats its slowing the boot and the shut down

Have you tried reducing the startups to just the ones you need ?

I would suggest close all bar Avast and winpatrol, the others will run when you need them and not at the whim of the programmer :)

No keep those two running as the overhead is minimal for them and they are your security
