How to open a port?

Hello,today I downloaded a game called Warframe.
So,the problem is there I can't play it online because firewall doesn't allow it.
I tried to make a new rule in Windows Firewall but it doesn't work.I restarted,shut down the computer and again same problem
I've been searching around avast settings but I've found nothing.
Then I though it could be by the router.I put the ports there but again the same problem and I just said "f*** it"
So,can you help me with this solution please!

Are you using Avast Internet Security or Avast Free? Windows Firewall by default should allow the port. Sure its not your router blocking it? FYI...............No reason to swear.

I am useing Avast free.And I tried hundreds of times to make it...

Well Avast Free does not have a firewall therefore does not block ports. Have you check your router?

I've called my provider to allow all ports.
