This is the English version of what he said:

I have dealt with all steps to restore original home pages www.google.com.ar in Chrome and Internet Explorer but has been unsuccessful. Tools, Internet Options, apply home page, except ... from Chrome: all settings and extensions in the order that I have been instructed to remove both from internet home page that appeared no more.

English Version of that: Please run AdwCleaner, Than MalwareBytes Anti-Malware, then OTL, And finally AswMBR from this Link. http://forum.avast.com/index.php?topic=53253.0. Post your logs in you next reply.

I don't know if you speak English. But the Malware removers most likely don't. I'm not a Mod or Admin or anything, but that standard stuff before the Pro's can help you.

Hi Mirta,

Have you tried any of these?

http://deletemalware.blogspot.com/2013/07/remove-delta-homescom-removal.html

http://malwaretips.com/blogs/delta-homes-removal/

It seems that you've installed adware or some PUP on your computer. Shouldn't be very difficult to remove.

If a Spanish speaker could help with any translation required

Download AdwCleaner from here to your desktop
Run AdwCleaner and select Delete

Once done it will ask to reboot, allow this
On reboot a log will be produced please attach that

THEN

Download OTL  to your Desktop
Secondary link
  • Double click on the icon to run it. Make sure all other windows are closed and to let it run uninterrupted.

  • Select All Users
  • Under the Custom Scan box paste this in
netsvcs
BASESERVICES
%SYSTEMDRIVE%\*.exe
/md5start
services.*
explorer.exe
winlogon.exe
Userinit.exe
svchost.exe
/md5stop
dir "%systemdrive%\*" /S /A:L /C
CREATERESTOREPOINT

  • Click the Run Scan button. Do not change any settings unless otherwise told to do so. The scan wont take long.
    • When the scan completes, it will open two notepad windows. OTL.Txt and Extras.Txt. These are saved in the same location as OTL.
    • Post  both logs

I don't speak spanish. But Google can probably help enough for him to getr the basis of what he/she needs to do.

OK guys she can not set Google. ar ( Argentina ) in Chrome or IE as a main page.

Hola Mirta.

Mientras tanto baja a tu escritorio AdwCleaner y ejecutalo.

Tambien baja a tu escritorio OTL y ejecutalo.

netsvcs
BASESERVICES
%SYSTEMDRIVE%\*.exe
/md5start
services.*
explorer.exe
winlogon.exe
Userinit.exe
svchost.exe
/md5stop
dir "%systemdrive%\*" /S /A:L /C
CREATERESTOREPOINT

Y despues pincha " Run Scan ".

Thanks Iroc :)

No problem. Pondus directed me here. Mirta has not posted anything in the Spanish sub-Forum either. Hopefully she did not get cold feet with all the English replies at the beginning and went some place else.
