I use Firefox because I have a huge feeling it is going some where better then google chrome.. It has many more features built in that you have to get an addon for in chrome.
I think you have that backwards. :)

Not really last time I checked in Google Chrome it didn't have support for RSS but there is an addon for that.

What does RSS have to do with the quality of a browser ???

I don't think it does have anything to do with the quality of a browser  :P

I have Comodo FW and AVIRAFREE with Webguard shield. It's protecting also the Dragon browser evenif Comodo...!!! Sounds weird to me that Avast's webshield don't protect Ice 8)
Why mention "avira" on an avast forum?  ???
The OP is asking about browsers "not" a/v's.

@ Omega40  Chrome is anything but cumbersome. Chrome is super light and extremely easy to use. BTW I use both for different reasons.  8)
I pointed out that Avira offers me protection on any browser. I was running Avast for many many years but it simply won't stay on my system but it's OT...! Avira is stable and I'm happy with it. Hope only Avast will improve and stop looking its belly button all the time...!!!
You're right. Chrome and Dragon are way faster and secure  (some kind of sandbox...). For privacy, I won't dream surfing the web without sending any info to Google for sure (google analytics etc...). Just tested it on the internet speed page (google it!) and Google won the prize!!! :)

If you're so happy with your new AV, why aren't you on their support forum ???
Since you don't have avast! installed, you really can't offer any one any hands on help in this forum.
