Afternoon All,

This may not be the right forum , but I'll post anyway as it may help someone who had the same problem.
I spent hours of trying to install Win. only to have Win. Setup stuck at" Setup is starting Windows" every time.

The Solution:
I removed one stick of memory at a time and retried. It worked when I left only one stick in....Windows loaded, formatted the drive, loaded the OS and afterwards I was able to reinstall the full 4 Gb's of memory.

Hope this helps somebody.

Regards,
Caribman

Hmmm... It shouldn't be that way.
You should boot at Windows Recovery Mode and test your memory.
