On-Access Scanner Message "Virus found" can't turn off

I have a computer that has 4.6 Pro and is using Outlook with POP email account. The Sober-N is being sent to this email address at about 2 per minute. I have the "Silent mode" defaulted to "No" but there is a continuous On-Access Scanner Message bar with the "Email [email name] contains a sample of Sober-N" that I can not turn off.

The show detailed information box is not checked for internet mail, and the exchange/outlook settings as well as any other I have seen. Everything is on silent mode without the Show Details checked but THEY WONT STOP!

Any suggestions?

Do you mean all providers? Even WebShield, NetShield and Standard Shield?
All of them are set to non display the message at the bottom of the window?

Hello, thanks for the reply.

I have "Silenced" mode on which no longer asks for a prompt for action. But the On-Access Scanner Message still appears at the bottom. I don't have many options...Silent mode on and detailed  info is off.

I have set those options for all of the catagories in the On-Access settings.

Just use avast! External Control to tweak this setting.

Hehe I'm waiting for .co.nr domain to open registrations again.
