I'm using the free avast, and for the past few days avast is virtually continuously telling me that it's blocking url   http://urlfilter.vmn.net/vmnsbf/data/130...

From a quick search on google it appears this is an infected url. And later i found this guy asking you about the same problem.
I have downloaded and ran all the cleaners that you told to do so. I am attaching here the log file of respective cleaners.

Thanks

did the problem go away after you run AdwCleaner?

as your problem is the same as this...   http://forum.avast.com/index.php?topic=130402.

.you have the Visicom Antiphising Toolbar....i see it in the AdwCleaner log

i have notified a removal specialist, he will check your logs for any leftovers that need to be removed
