Recurring threat being detected everytime I load a page

Hey Guys,

I am in a bit of a pickle.. I have had avast for the past 3 years and havent had any issues..

About 3 days ago, avast started blocking threats on every page that I would open on Mozilla, it said firefox.exe was the problematic file so I deleted it and started using chrome.. everytime I open a webpage I get the following threat (attached file)..

I dont know how to get rid of it, I have tried running various malware removal programs but nothing is helping.. Please advise on what to do.

run in order listed
AdwCleaner / Malwarebytes / OTL / aswMBR

when done removal experts will be notified and check the logs for infections....

if trouble running any of the Tools, try run from safe mode..
