Wow, no wonder why you are having problems, that looks like a very cheap phone, certainly NOT one I would recommend for this Beta Test. Here I am am Boasting about how I have an IPhone 5 and IPad Mini with IOS 7 Beta (thst Boasting was done in the IOS Secure Line Sub-Forum), and a Rooted S4, and I never never really understood how bad you had it. Sure Sprint put me in their Spending Limit Program due to Low Income, but they still approved my 2 year contracts for all three of my devices. I am sorry that I rubbed my S4 in your nose. My apoligies.

My problem I have been told is it looks like I have a ROM installed as the package signatures are not all the same or something like that and or I have rooted my phone or I have tampered with the installation. None of which are true.

Lol no offence caused! The only thing this phone is lacking is RAM @ 512. As apart from that it can more then hold it's own.

Hello, I'm sorry for bad English.
Installing Avast Backup was ok, but not backed up. He writes me that the license is expired. In addition to avast.com when I want something set in advance, give me that: "The action can not be completed. Versions of Anti-Theft is too old" but the phone is Anti-Theft date.

Yeah, the S4 has 2 GB's of RAM, plus I have a 16 GB Sdcard Addon.

Does it support Jelly Bean 4.2 or does it only get Jelly Bean 4.1? My S4 has Jelly Bean 4.2.2 and that's with Stock Firmware (the only thing newer is 4.3).

Check and make sure you have Build Number 3.0.5575/3.0.5576 and report back whether or NOT you have it.

The reason why I suggest this is that some people like me are still getting 2.0.4993 even after joining the Beta.

I personally wish Avast would give me a direct download link as something is seriously wrong with my Google Play Store Account, as even when 3.0 was still on my Phone, I never received the 5545 Update for Avast Mobile Security on August 1st, its definitely NOT the problem that Google described this morning Chicago Time Zone.

Try this: Unjoin the beta community on G+ and rejoin it afterwards. It worked for some testers.
