I'm a new member.... thanks for the site! I've just followed all the instructions I found in your really helpful post. I've downloaded and run Adwcleaner, malawarebytes, OTL and aswMBR, as advised and am seeking help on what to do next. I'm going to attempt to attach all of the notepad reports as advised (there's LOADS, so I hope it'll be ok)

I'd be very grateful for any help you guys can offer me
