Kamulko!
I'm  NOT picking on YOU. I'm just stating a personal opinion about what
distinguishes one AV from another.  ;D
This is also directed to wards a comment made by Jill in regards to the interface or skin.
It's not the appearance that that's the true strength of the AV it's it's ability to stop the viruses.
A pretty face is always nice to look at but remember, if it doesn't stop the nasties, what good is it??? ;D
Please don't either of you take this personally, it's not meant in that way. Thanks :)

sZc  If you are talking to me, yes I could mention other professional looking Software besides AVG.  In fact , I have done so already.  I suggested to RejZor in another forum that they need to make it look like Norton. Norton is professional and it shows in their interface , settings, and evrything else.

AVG does not look silly.  If it did, I would not have it. It's merely one's opinion. And we all have one.

In the screen shots shown of Avast without skins ( YUK) and AVG, AVG looks soooo  much more professional.  Nothing silly about it.

Avast! without skin is still wonderful, how could you say it's not?  AVG skin looks like a pair of goozak with buttons.  At least avast! got a library of skins you can choose from for free.  ;)

@ Jill - This sounds so familiar... I'm here because of all those that like skins... everybody have a chance to choose between skins and non-skinned interface... if you don't like avast! so much, and you are AVG lover or fanatic or whatever else, why did you bother to come to this forum then ? If you need some technical advice or something, then ask, if not... I can not help you here...  ;)

Say I gotta question:  When are you gonna put your new skin along with your entire avast! skins?

You can follow whole process in that thread I started... it's not up to me. I have to perform all those tests now, and after that I will send that skin to Alwil guys, actually to Vlk (Ondrej Vlcek). After that, he is the main person who will give "green" light to this skin or maybe not... ;D who knows...

Worst thing is that he is in USA right now, so we will have to wait until he is back to Czech Republic.

I am also very interested to see RejZor's skin in our collection of avast! skins... I really like his idea, and I hope he will finish it soon, so we all can enjoy in his second skin...
