Hidden rootkit SVC:swcustcfg
« on: August 12, 2013, 02:45:57 AM »
Can someone please tell me how to add this rootkit to my exclusion list - plse bear with me as I don't know too much about computers.  I have read past forums (Jeffce and Tracy) and I'm comfortable this is a false positive.  I have stoped it coming up at startup by clicking ignore, but can't do this in Quick or Full Scan - it doesn't come up in Bootscan.  Please help and I will need step by step instructions - Sorry!
Thank you
