Avast! Webrep takes up entire add-on row only in IE9/10

Hello all. I've noticed a significant change in how Avast Webrep works in IE10. It seems to take up an entire tooblar row when you enable it in IE9/10 with other toolbars like RoboForm the built-in Favorites Bar. It didn't do this on previous versions, and it only happens in IE9/10 and not any other browser. Is this a bug in IE or Avast Webrep?

Steps attempted:
1) disable/enable Webrep
2) repair Avast installation
3) unlocked toolbar to collapse amount of space used. When re-locked, it takes up entire row again.
4) repaired IE

All of these steps were tried without success. Anyone else had this same issue?

That's how it works unfortunately because of IE restrictions and limitations, if you unlock the tool bar you can move the icon to the Menu bar or Command bar ( I cant remember which one as I haven't used webrep for so long now )
