EasyPass is Blocked Check Online Account

I get this message after logging onto my computer. I have the trial version which has been installed for 5 days only. The About tab says I have 25 days remaining in my free trial, but I can't log into websites anymore automatically. Account was synced successfully, but that didn't change the error.

Other than this it was working fine until today. Seems like a great product and easy to use.

I have attached screenshots of the messages and info. Thank you for your help.

Help from support advised me to create a new account under the Sync options of the menu. Well, I tried that but it is asking for a license key. I am using the trial version and as far as I know was not given any license key. I had already created an account when I started using easypass and it was working fine the first 4 days or so.

Solved - uninstalled. Somehow had regular Avast EasyPass installed on top of the Trial Version, perhaps an update did this. Reinstalled the avast easypass TRIAL setup and it worked again to continue the trial.

estou usando um easypass contratado desde 22/03/2013 até 22/03/2014, mas de repente deixou de funcionar, já desinstalei, e reinstalei varia vezes. mas retorna um mmensagem de bloqueado, verificar sua conta online, mas minha conta está ok, ou seja só vencerá em 22/03/2014. O que fazer?

Se avast! EasyPass se comporta de uma forma inesperada ou se não preencher formulários ou se um "Falha na asserção" janela pop-up, por favor informe a situação ao apoio avast.
