Moving To New PC

I have Avast Internet Security installed on my PC. However, I'm moving to a new PC and will be decommissioning the old one. How do I transfer my account to my new PC? Also, will transferring the Internet Security include Avast Antivirus?

Uninstall on pc #1
Re-install on pc #2

If you need to have avast re-send your license use http://www.avast.com/en-eu/resend-license-paid.php
Yes the anti-virus will go with you. That part is free.
