Internet Exployer opens with white screen. Can's open Internet Options from Search or Control Panel. My computer can't find my backup files location. I've ran Anti-Virus, Anti-Spam software and nothing has helped. Skype wouldn't work but after system restore it now works.
I'm at a loss as to what to do next.
