I have purchased 2 licenses for my servers, but when they try to update it give me the following error.  I have email tech support and no answer.  Poor support make for a bad name in a company that wants to grow.

I made all steps to install my avast antivirus for free use by internet, and when I´ll try to update it´s show me a window with a message like this key is invalid or expired, but none this is right , so what can I do to fix this?

Check you system date, particularly the year.

This solution is not the problem.  What else can be done.  I need this fixed.

(Check you system date, particularly the year.

Try to change proxy settings in avast settings - update (basic) - details - proxy. If you are behind ISA proxy, set proxy address, port and username and password (don't set NTLM authorization). Also try to change login account for service "avast! iAVS4 Control Service" to user account that have allowed internet conection.
If none of this works, please send me some details about your internet connection.
