recommendation still on zero

i installed 2  Avast free antiviruses on laptops of my friends. i used the link on my account page so i dont know where is fail if on the same account page it still shows ha recommended 0 friends. where could be problem. my friends are using their aptops so i dont see problem with installing it on some dead devices. or am i not alone with this problem?

i  installed it on a third laptop this week and it shows 1 recommendation so at least that one
