Avast and personal account Avast

Hi

Sorry for my English but I'm French

I have AVAST account  (https://my.avast.com/fr-fr/) where I recorded my 3 PCs and my android smartphone.

For the smartphone I have a problem since 15 August 2013 when Avast did an update software. Indeed since that date to the date indicated in the last update of the database is 15/08/2013 while on the phone is updated according to updates.

In addition to the account I have no indication of too old virus database.

In addition, the phone is communicating with my account since the date of the last communication updates.

Where does the problem.

not sure I understand. So on your smartphone, everything looks fine, but your account shows outdated virus database? And the last communication happened 2 weeks ago?

Yes it is exactly that. On the Smartphone everything is OK but on my account AVAST the virus database is August 15.

But the date of the last communication is OK

Hmm, I guess you tried rebooting your device in the meantime, right?

Yes I've done it many times since. I even turned off several times throughout the night. But it is always the same. Date based on the account remains AVAST August 15 while on the smartaphone the virus database is updated.

Please try to delete your mobile device from the my.avast.com, unpair the device in avast settings and pair it again. It should solve the problem - if no, please let us know.

OK I did.

When recording my smartphone on my acconct  AVAST, everything is OK.

Now we have to see tomorrow if the date is updated or if it remains today.

Always a bad date on the Avast account.

Date last updated: Friday, August 23, 2013 7:47:21 (this date is wrong)
Date virus database: 130831-0 (now the date of the virus database is correct)

Normally there should be: Saturday, August 31, 2013
