Help! Virus disabled my Avast and Malwarebytes

I was installing a Skyrim mod and it was apparently infected with some kind of virus.

Now my Avast won't start, my malwarebytes doesnt open, and my internet is really slow.

I've tried updating Avast but it fails, all the shields say "Shield unreachable" when I try to start them. Malwarebytes doesn't open at all it just says file not found.

What kind of virus can disable antivirus anyways? I thought antivirus can only kill virus, not other way around?
